Nutritional Facts

In order to consume carbohydrates, Thiamine is needed. Thiamine helps produce energy by breaking down carbohydrates and fat. Thiamine is needed for the body to grow and develop.

If you do not consume enough Thiamine it might result in a disease n the 1800s in Southeast Asian countries, beriberi. This disease makes it hard for humans to have control over what their muscles do.(muscular system)
